i have two sets of chimes in different locations. The first set is over 25 years old and Windsong Chimes lovingly re-strung it for me recently when the strings wore out, It is back as good as new and playing happily by my front door. The chimes are melodic and soothing (unlike some tinny cheaper versions out there). I believe they are worth every cent. In the end, you get what you pay for and the quality of the wood, the strings and the sound tubes is sensational. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER ! Thx Amanda
