These are very general comments
I will mention stores that have very poor staff. Yonge and HighTech. The staff are scrutinizing looking over items that require a refund. Tags are attached bill available. Still your employees scrutinize and waste customers time this is ignorant especially if you are a frequent shopper at Winners. The only decent and friendly employees are in jewelry and some of the managers are nice. The employees are gossiping about customers. This is a fact. It’s rude and uncalled for esp the older woman. Not all employees as per se ! This excludes the lovely woman In jewelry at that location. Change of staff that enjoy working w the public is strongly advised. This is also at Gerry Fitzgerald location and Centre street you seem to have the same type of staff. Your items are used and still sold. You sometimes don’t find out until you use them esp hair products and some clothing. This is a fact.
Also the new stores appearance; change isn’t always better. Before stores were quaint now they are similar to a value village appearance wise and selection of items. Quality over quantity!! This goes w everything including your staff. Friendly and pleasant. Hiring more males would be nice. At least they don’t talk about customers when they are bringing back an item. It’s ignorant and inappropriate period.
