For anyone in the process of trying to get there record expunged and already have there petition you can finish the process yourself by contacting the criminal records department at your local superior court. I ended up having to finish send my petition by send it to municipality, state police, and I few other spots but all locations where it needs to be sent to should be on your petition. Unfortunately this company are complete thieves and it sucks because you already paid them but I was able to finish the process by doing it myself. I hope this helps anyone who is currently stuck in this process.
