Needed a replacement fire battery.
Staff member on the live chat very knowledgeable and helpful answering my question about compatibility with the fire connection and about return policy if necessary and cost of return.
Ordered around 2 pm, email about 3.15 pm that item had been shipped. Arrived next day.
Works perfectly, just the type of battery I wanted at around half the cost of a generic battery.
