We where in Gold Coast I purchased a pair of sneakers from marina Mirage Witchery I was given the wrong size I didn’t know till I went to wear them when we got back to Sydney and had my 2 knee replacement operation that I was given the wrong size I send them back to your head office in my expense and 3 weeks down with no response and no sneakers I had to file a complaint with the Fear Trading Your customer service is poor and I will never buy from you again I have been a loyal customer for years But your after sale service is terrible I want to tell people to be aware You making it very difficult for people to buy from you with this attitude I had a lady from customer service Lisa she was not helpful at all and very rude I don’t know why they are in customer service Very disappointed
