Was sent the wrong item in an online order. Customer service have acknowledged this occurred as borne out by my photos and the fact that the person picking my items recorded the item number of the substituted piece. Easy to solve one would expect. Customer service send me unrelated emails after firstly ignoring my complaint. They will not confirm if the correct item is in stock and have not offered a refund. I have received two emails saying we are working on this problems etc- it has been weeks! They have effectively stolen my fashion dollars and I am left with a piece of clothing fit for my dog to nap on only. As a side issue, another item arrived looking less than clean. I have had better service from cheap chain stores. A disgrace!
