Purchased an item online 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for the item.
They are refusing to refund my money as they say they are still investigating where the item is. It hasn't even been dispatched. I just want a refund but they are not willing to grant this. I have now reached out to the ACCC for support.
WARNING never purchase from Witchery online as they refuse to help when they simply dont send the product. Have also now had to engage a lawyer to fight this battle . Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT buy from Witchery .
