Very slow refund service and can’t do instant refund as incorrect email on order- customer service has limited capability to changed order when it’s incorrect. I order a dress online and receive it very quickly but decided to return it as not quite to my expectations - took about a week to get back to the main office and now 7 days later still waiting on refund- its to slow , i am not able to do the instant refund as email is incorrect in order and nobody can change it. I will not order or buy from Witchery again as all off putting and way to slow to refund
