I have been using agency for a while now and after several autoships I have been pushing out the shipments because I have so much leftover product from the previous. Ever since I started the program I received a email and text checking in prior to shipment and that's been my reminder to go online and make adjustments. Yesterday however instead of the check in I only was informed of the shipment. I wasn't planning on getting the shipment this month with the holidays coming up and all the expenses that entails. I was shocked to have not gotten the typical check in reminder. When I reach out to support their was no help in either stopping the shipment or allowing for a return once I received the box. I am very disappointed and sad as this is going to affect my gift giving season. I have cancelled my subscription as a result of the lack of help and compassion.
