This review is supposed to take a minute to complete. I couldn't possibly let it be so short because Withy King Solicitors are deserving of so much praise for all the help and support they gave me and my family during a very difficult time during my life. Myself and my partner (as well as my parents and close family) were constantly updated with helpful clear advice which was always to be fair, good news. Due to a severe accident at work (25' scaffold fall), that involved a helicopter rescue I decided to instruct Withy King from Bath to look into the litigation. I'm so glad I did. My solicitor was Louise Hart from the personal injury department. She stuck by me throughout the whole case which in itself lasted 3 years due to the severity of my injuries. You see I landed on my heel and crushed it in about 13 pieces. I also damaged both my wrists and some facial injuries. Louise Hart arranged for me to be examined by one of this country's top leading surgeons in this field. His name was Mr Winson whose special topic of interest was ankle pathology. I always felt I was getting the best advice from someone whom was knowledgeable and an expert in their field of interest. Louise Hart was always one step ahead of everybody and everything leaving absolutely nothing to worry about. Now the case is over I'm financially ok and in good position to start a new career. Throughout the whole case I thought of Louise Hart as my friend, not my solicitor. I'm actually upset the whole thing is over. It was that stress free it really was. Even my compensation award is invested in a trust account set up by Withy King. Louise Hart provided very clear advice on the liability and negotiated an excellent deal on contributory negligence after meticulously looking at all the evidence (It was decided I was 10% to blame not 100% like my former employer of 10 years would have preferred) I really can't praise this firm enough for helping me get my life back on track.
