I first saw an advert of Facebook, which I rarely click, but I felt it was time to finally come out from my my head buried in the sand ignoring things, and hoping for the best, so I entered my details and I got a call from a man called LEE! He was very professional, he spoke to me calmly and tried his best to understand my situation, even when I broke down on the phone crying, I think I did that because it was just a huge relief that I’d spoke to someone who didn’t judge me, and wasn’t pushy, and we even had a laugh over the phone about cats and birthdays and roast dinners! He simplified every step, calling me and sending me WhatsApp messages telling me someone would be calling me, and letting me know what they would want from me, so I didn’t panic!! LEE needs credit for this hugely! This is why he is in his job, he has the personal rapport to put people at ease and help them by doing whatever he can! He really is one of life’s angels!
