No customer service when package lost. Ordered on the 19th November and it's been in the same place for 3 weeks. Told on the 6th it was arriving the next day. Wrote to them on Whatsapp and when they finally replied they said they cannot reply to messages after 24hrs of the user sending them. Never ordering again as it's literally the most infuriating customer service ever. Wrote to them on instagram and they were being really rude and condescending. Will make sure my family and friends know of this to go else where. Would give 0 stars if I could!!
