I see I'm not the only one with shipping issues. They delivered my last order to a post office some 40kms away from me in the middle of the CBD. What's worse they didn't inform me that it had arrived early. It had been sitting there for about three weeks, and I wasn't informed. I contacted them the day after it was due to arrive, and they were of no help. So I sat on hold with the post office for half an hour while they located the books. If I didn't follow up the post office would have sent it all the way back in 6 days. Used to be beautiful books. Now they come plastered with Wonderbly ads.
