I accidentally placed a duplicate order because their website crashed. I realized this within the two hour window for making changes to the order and requested that one order be cancelled, providing both relevant order numbers. Their website specifically says that duplicate orders can be cancelled if the request is made before the order had shipped, but apparently my request needed to be escalated and they stopped responding to my emails until they had shipped both orders. Absolutely dodgy practice, I won't be using this service again.
