Sent to wrong address due to pre-fill from my Paypal account - where I no longer live (I'm actually in a different country now). When I received the confirmation email, there was a link to change the address which did not work. Consequently, I immediately sent through an email to correct the address, and there was no response. The address must have automatically gone through as it is the address connected to my Paypal account. There should have been a page where I could fill out my address (I thought this was a bit strange, but assumed I would add it after selecting my payment details), or even a page where I could double check my address before confirming my order - there was neither. Wonderbly offered to send me now books, free of charge. But I have to pay the $50 postage. So bad.
