Wood and Beyond tell all customers that if you leave a 5 star review before the flooring is delivered, you will get 5% off, which is misleading. The service once you pay, is massively disappointing and very poor.
Agreed delivery time and date and having paid this company in full they now tell me (on the supposed day of delivery, over an hour after they agreed delivery would be made to us) that the flooring is "still in the warehouse and will be picked up shortly."
Do not pay this company up front as once you have paid, they are dismissive and unwilling to actually help. To make matters worse, their delivery is only to the kerb side, meaning the customer has to unload it all themselves.
Company also told us on the phone that we should order extra flooring because we can always return it for "just a small delivery fee." When it came to the return, they told me that they will only refund 70% and that we needed to pay a delivery fee of around £100.
Would not recommend this company and we will not be using them again.
