I initially ordered through Amazon and when my order arrived I was 4 dowels short. The box wasn’t damaged but it was open and the packaging inside was turn open. I tried to get the 4 dowels through Amazon but they just want you to return the whole item, which I didn’t want to do as nothing was wrong other than the shortage. I called woodpecker directly and they sent me the 4 dowels and I am a happy camper.
