We purchased some candle holders along with some finials which "appeared" much larger in photo. When it arrived, we thought it was a mistake & called. It was not a mistake so we requested to return the items. We were told we'd receive a label to return the items which we did. We were told the refund amout (1/4 of what we paid for these) and have been unable to get a call back or email response.....4-6 requests...trying to question why we were getting only 1/4 of our costs refund! WEEKS with no response. Terrible customer service but I do get a review us daily! So here it is!
