It's not an easy task to search the internet for wood products that I can use to accompany my sculptures. Whether it's dowels, cubes, or disks, I've run into some truly poor excuses for items that can be acceptable to use. I had ordered from Woodpeckers a long while ago. and was thrilled with the various sizes of blocks and recently went searching again for different-sized blocks. This time I explored the webside and I was blown away at the variety of wood products that are offered. I tried out the split balls in two different sizes and placed a small order. When the splits arrived I was truly blown away at the quality, finish, and packing. The quality was outstanding, smooth and wonderful to the touch, the finish was amazing and the packing was carefully thought out to ensure that none of the contents would be dented or damaged in transit. I will never, never, never look anywhere else for wood pieces that i may need for completion of my sculptures. Woodpeckers has me as a customer for...ever!
