The dowels were drop shipped to a fellow club members to be prepared for assembly as kids sled kites this coming season. The club member was impressed with the packaging and quality of the dowels. We normally have to cull 1-2% as unuseable but it appears that 100% of the ones you provided are able to be used, thank you.
