I had a terrible issue with ParcelForce losing my Parcel, after a week of messing around with calls to them I called Woods who dispatched via Royal Mail immediately, my Parcel arrived 2days later. i can not praise this company enough. So to now review my purchase, only T-Towels and they are absolutely fantastic.
