My current outlet for Woods dishcloths no longer trades . Consequently I ordered my replacements online. They arrived promptly , securely parcelled and wrapped in quality brown paper as the old-style bookshops used with books. In my haste to write a review of Woods excellent products and service I stupidly commented on another item from a completely different supplier. After being contacted by Andrew Bean of Woods offering to replace these fictitious "faulty goods" I was mortified by my actions. What service indeed! These comments are a genuine attempt to right the wrong I have done to the outstanding reputation of this fine company. Sincere apologies to all affected. Terry Harvey
