I feel like a better job needs to be done in working with CA DMV.
I still do not have ANY registration or license plate, temporary would be fine.
I bought the car June 11 and it's now August 18.
Bottom line, the car cannot be driven legally without registration or plates. The temporary 'out of state' Ohio plates have expired already.
