I've been a member of your pro program in the past. It was not recognized for this purchase. Am I still a member and if so how do I access it?
The numbers for the Salice hinge plates shown in the product literature was not recognized when I tried to order, 131-369 for example, and the hinge I tried to order was not available (131-237). This frustrated and took too much time.
