This website is difficult to use. I have set up numerous user accounts, you DO NOT retain them. Old info is retained and filled in in odd places causing havoc when I make a purchase and making the experience unattractive. This info IS NOT coming from any autofill from my computer as I have purged all out dated info from Contacts. This indicates to me that you do have accounts for me but for some reason will not allow me to access them. When I request a retreval from you I never get a response back.
