It has been a while since I visited your store. I've been a customer for 2 decades. You guys still have some unique products that no one else has. Your website is OK. I had some problems (limitations). The filter would only allow a single selection. For example I was looking for some flat head 1-1/2" #8 screws with square or combo drive. I could only select one of the two options, rather than including both. A text search often brings up very obscure results placed very near the top of the list. I'm also not a fan of your shipping policy/costs. Your prices seem slightly inflated but you still have a fairly steep cost added for shipping. A 4 inch 10 foot PVC dust collection hose is $31 on your store, plus $10 for shipping. A product I would consider a woodworking commodity. The same hose on Amazon is $29, free shipping and 1 day delivery. Where do you think I chose to buy it? I realize AMZN is a giant, but you need to have some alternative value proposition to buy it from you instead. I hope this helps. I don't want a world that only has a few choices. I want you guys to succeed.
