Extremely poor interconnection between catalog and purchase/order process. I expect you have lost a large percentage of your possible orders because of this.
My larger purchases seemed to be out of stock (no idea since it simply doesn't show up as a purchase item).
The quality of your website and the lack of stock makes it look like you are going out of business.
