I found what I needed! which I could not find locally or on amazon or hardware stores online, but hoped I might be able to ship it via fed ex to get it quicker than standard mail. I called sales first thing in the am, and left a message, and didn't hear back by late afternoon, so I went ahead and ordered. Hopefully it won't take longer than 4 days. We had a handyman scheduled to do some work and it turned out the tool we got was too big. We needed this specialty tool. I had to reschedule the contractor to come back when the part arrives, but I would've happily paid for a fed ex next day to stay on schedule with our rehab.
