I used the online booking & thought I was booking a pet friendly holiday as I selected the dog icon - When my booking was e-mailed over I checked it & noticed that my dog was not on the booking - I called your Customer Services who happily cancelled my booking 5 minutes later (Still no confirmation of cancellation) who charged me an admin fee to do so!
The operator didn't even seem bothered that she could not offer me any alternative accommodation.
