I have filed a complaint whilst on holiday at the caravan site and also when customer services called me back and went through the complaint and then spoke to the manager and having made countless telephone havent had a reply.
So I asked to speak to the director,who i am led to believe is ruddy,i dont know if the spelling is correct but surely it is rude to let down customers if they have been caused stress and have been let down by after enjoying a good holiday previously.
hence,if i cant get hold of rudi the director can fellow travellers help to get the park to adress my complaint as our holiday was marred and am still awaiting redress .
