Unable to recognise my password when booking. Asked to renew password but didn't receive email in reply. Tried 3 times without success.
Contacted adviser on chat line - Hannah - who replied promptly so this worked well but in the end managed to book as new person to bypass current account. This went ahead without problems
Overall found system more difficult to use than expected
