I brought a lambswool cardigan from Woolovers a year ago pleased with size and fit. However over the last two or three months the cardigan has shrunk smaller and smaller, now it no longer fits me.
I followed washing instructions so can't understand why this has happened.
I phoned customer services to ask what could be done. They told me that couldn't help as my complaint fell outside their six month return policy.
I think a jumper like this should have lasted me for years, so very disappointed with the companies attitude.
Will not be using them again.
