Ordered deluxe topper, arrived promptly and well packaged.
Unfortunately it didnt help my back problems, despite claims of best nights sleep etc.
Also despite claims of 30 day money back etc, it transpires they only do that if you have bought a complete set!! They argue that topper would not be resellable, but if complete set returned they would write it off!
They wont even accept back as an exchange for other products!
Disgusting customer service. Would NOT RECOMMEND and will never buy from them again
