I ordered the all season wool duvet and I am sad to say that it hasn't helped at all in making my night's sleep more comfortable. It doesn't keep me cool when I overheat and it isn't warm enough in the early hours of the morning when I am not overheating. I thought I had a 30 day trial but it seems this is only on certain packages. When I rang up to discuss I was advised to try one half of the duvet underneath my sheet. This makes no difference. I was told that they couldn't take it back because it has been used but it seems to me that this must be the case too for the 30 day trial packages? A very expensive mistake and my old duvet did a better job. The only positive was that the delivery was very quick (next day). Very sad not to have had a more positive experience to report both for the duvet and in wanting to return the product.
