Delivery was quick and with a good courier drop. The two deluxe wool pillows where not only beautifully made but the material cases with handles that they came in were also made to the same high standard. I am starting to experiment and adjust my pillows to my sleeping needs and the amount of wool filling (it's very easy) and just to add that in this summer nighttime heat I have noticed a real difference with a 'cooling' sensation in comparison to my previous (natural fill) pillows. Absolute recommendation.
