Excellent service, very fast delivery. And the delivery men (Keen & Able) arrived on time and managed to get the mattress up into our attic despite the narrow twisting staircase. We're still getting used to the mattress - our old one was very old and saggy so any new mattress would have been a shock for our backs - but so far so good..
