I bought a few items from woolroom. First I tried to buy 2 kids mattresses, but for some reason the online system wasn't recognizing my address in Ireland..got a bit frustrated and decided to call them. Everything was done by phone, Karen was extremely helpful and I got my mattresses 4 days later. 4 days for delivery to west of Ireland from the moment I placed the order! I have to wait longer for items sent from Ireland. Mattresses arrived in perfect condition and are enjoyed by kids. Fantastic service and quality. Second time I bought pillows and duvets for kids, this time I was able to place the order online no problem, I had to change something so asked them to cancel (very important to cancel fast as they dispatch in the same day!) and I re-ordered online. I assumed because of the cancellation and re-order it would take longer for the items to arrive, but nope. Again 4 days later I had my pillows and duvets. And now I am in love with this shop and the products so will come back to buy more.
