What on earth can I say other than amazing products and service? People on end of online chat service and phone are very helpful, delivery marvellous (thank you for unwrapping and installing mattress) and within two nights the mattress had been slept on by all four members of our family. Mattress protector is lovely quality, they even sent us a new one when I mentioned the quilting stitching was coming loose and said we could keep the other one. Cannot fault them at all. Considering buying more mattresses now. Thank you. You came highly recommended by a friend too.
