Excellent product and customer service. I am gradually replacing all of our feather and down duvets with wool - spring/summer and autumn/winter weights for each bed. The duvets are beautiful quality, warm and comfortable to sleep in and, somehow, look neater on the bed than feather/down versions. We are complete converts!
