My Comforter was delivered very quickly considering I live in the USA and your company is across the pond. With that said very happy about that. One concern was that the box was damaged the fed ex driver indicated that he did not have anything to do with that. He indicated that the carrier service probably did the damage meaning the air transportation.when I inspected everything all was good. I hope that someone would notify the carrier or person in charge of shipping and receiving to inform there workers to take better care of customers merchandise considering the $$$$$ cost of this product.
