Shipping was prompt. Someone in the packaging department put the item in the box the wrong way and the box was bulging at the top unnecessarily with extra tape to keep it closed. It would have just needed to be turned a little and it would have fit perfectly in the shipping box. Not a huge deal because the item was undamaged but it could have been easily because this caused the duvet to be pushing on the opening where it was taped. I was very careful when opening it so that I didn't accidentally cut through it.
