I received my wool mattress pad on Monday but I had been told that it would arrive on previous Friday. That was not a problem for me. The packaging, plastic, was ripped open and the cloth bag which contained the pad was dirty. However, the pad itself was not damaged and was clean. I have used it one night & it is great. Worth the money. I would only suggest the you use a box to ship or stronger plastic. I order a lot of things from different vendors and this is the first outside package damage.
