This was my first purchase from Woolroom and while I haven't yet received the pillow I feel I can comment on my buying experience at the time of the order. I wanted to use my credit card for the purchase but for some reason, when I got to the last page after entering all the card info, the page went blank and I never got a confirmation page. So I was left wondering if the order actually went through or not. I waited a day and did not find a confirmation email in my inbox so I tried placing the order again this time using Paypal. The order was successful that time. Anyway, no big deal it's just that it left me with an uneasy feeling not know if my order went through.
