Great customer service from start to finish. I love how the pillows are sent in their own fabric bag. I followed the instructions to separate the wool inside. I've taken a little bit out for my own personal preference. The pillow has stayed the same temperature all night- no more turning them to make them cool again. Would highly recommend.
