The website is easy to navigate and the information on products is comprehensive. Communication from order to receipt was excellent, keeping me informed about delivery. I ordered the baby’s woollen sleeping bag as I know how well woollen bedcovers perform. It comes in a super canvas bag. The colour of the outer material was not what I expected, off white rather than white. The zip material, being very white, exaggerated the off white of the main body. It was not a deal-breaker, though because it’s the benefits of the woollen bedcover that’s important. I bought it as a gift for my first grandchild and am willing to review its performance in due course.
