Very pleased with service, so far. Delivery prompt and received well packaged.
Duvet is just right for me. I like a bit of substance to a quilt, I find down filling a bit too light and fluffy. I bought a mid-weight classic king sized quilt, and it is nice and cosy but not too hot. I have only just started using it, so I can't attest to durability or anything like that, but so far, so good. Also, being veggie, it is nice to use a quilt that is filled without having to kill the donor animal.(Unless you are going to eat it, of course!)
