Firstly the pillows arrived promptly and securely wrapped. I ordered two pillows and each comes in its own quality bag which can be used to store wool if you decide to unzip the pillow and remove some. The pillows are very well made to a high standard with quilted covers. They are extremely comfortable and I no longer find myself turning the pillow over for coolness or comfort. I now use only one pillow when sleeping but the second is useful when reading in bed etc. I think they are very good and my sleep has improved. Just one problem - my wife keeps stealing my pillows!
