I had a quite a bit of issues with ordering online. The website had delivered to my address in the Netherlands earlier but somehow had an error with my address this time around. The email support send a solution that didn't work as well. It just wasn't going through to checkout so i skipped on trying to order. Eventually i tried again after a month. This time i faced the same error on the website but i used the live chat, the service representative was very helpful and we tried out different solutions for 30 minutes, the same issues remained. Finally, as nothing worked the representative then asked me to order via call. But this time i didn't face any issues. i used the main service number but was connected quickly to the person i was chatting with; they had all my information at hand. I just had to give my payment details and my order was successfully placed and dispatched. i received the order a day ahead of time. I was not very happy with website issues but patience and quick processing of the service team has ensured i'll keep the organization in mind for any future wooly requirements.
