I was recommended to buy a wool quilt by a friend as I get rather hot at night due to the menopause. She said the wool will help me to stay cooler and she was right. It is also wonderfully light and gentle to sleep under, an unexpected pleasure.I also bought one for my son as he suffers from allergies as it is recommended as helpful for that too.
