I look forward to receiving our new pillows ordered. We have had another brand of wool pillow and thought that after reading the information we would give this brand a try. Although disappointed that the delivery is delayed we totally understand and appreciate the fact that you give your employees time off during the holidays. I would like to recommend a kind piece of advice. Many people shopping this time of year are doing so for Christmas presents and next year you might highlight that due to demand and the time of year delivery may actually take place in January. This does not apply to us, but thought I should suggest this, as I know how disappointed people can get for the holidays if presents are not received. If I was in your Marketing staff I would recommend a very creative piece to be sent out to customers upon request that could be placed in cards presented to their loved ones, which announce that a very special present was soon on it's way.
